Unopened & unused cash and carry stock items can be returned for 14 days for a full refund when accompanied by a store receipt (no credit card receipts.) unless marked final sale. After 14 days and before 30 days a store credit can be issued. After 30 days all sales are final. 14 day return policy starts from the first payment made to Central Jersey Pools not from the date of delivery.
Refunds will be the same way of purchase. Cash refund over $50 will be refunded only by check the following Friday. Check sales will be refunded 7 days after your check clears our bank. Sales made by store credit or gift card will be returned as a store credit.
Open and defective merchandise can be exchanged for a like item or a store credit within 30 days. After 30 days, manufacturer warranties apply and the manufacturer must be contacted for all claims.
Returns without a receipt are made solely at discretion of Central Jersey Pools. If returned, a store credit will be issued, at the lowest selling price within the last 30 days. A minimum of 10% will be taken off our regular price due to our discount card.
The following items are not returnable or exchangeable after purchase. Any unsealed pool or spa chemical, electrical items, pumps, pool cleaners, inflatable, umbrellas, any final sale item, unsealed pool ladders and safety equipment. Special order sales are final. Deposits on special orders are non refundable after the order is placed.
Any item pulled from our warehouse and returned within 14 days will have a 15% restocking fee of the total sale price. If the item was delivered and returned, the customer is responsible for the delivery fee. If free delivery was offered, customer is responsible for normal delivery charges. If the item needs to be picked up, a second delivery fee will apply. See store for details on delivery fees.
Central Jersey Pools delivers and services Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex and Mercer counties in NJ. Any deliveries to areas outside these counties will result in an additional delivery fee. If warranty or service calls are required there will be an additional charge for service outside this area.
Any warranties on products sold by Central Jersey Pools are manufacturers warranties only. Central Jersey Pools will act as a warranty station to serve our customers where allowed by the manufacturers. All manufactures warranties are available for review upon request.
